My 11 month old has had a fever of 100 for 2 days. No other symptoms. Eating and peeing normally. Just keep giving tylenol (acetaminophen) till it stops?

In brief: No
First off, i would not consider a temperature of 100 a "fever".
If he is happy, and otherwise acting normally antipyretics are for your benefit, not his. Since an 11 month old cannot say what might be bothering him, an evaluation by his pediatrician would be in order if the elevated temperature continues, as there are many causes of this.
