In brief: Many reasons

Fatigue is a common complaint and can have many causes including sleeplessness or restless sleep, anemia, hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiencies, depression, anxiety, illnesses etc can contribute to feeling tired all the time.
You should see your MD to evaluate your specific issue. In the meantime try to eat fresh fruits and vegies, good quality protein, stay hydrated and work on good sleep hygeine

In brief: See physician

There could be several reasons like anemia, sleep apnea, work or study schedules, hypothyroidism, a viral infection that is early, or depression, for the short list of causes of fatigue.
Medications among more serious problems can cause it. First ask yourself if you have been getting 7-9 hours of sleep at night without any awakenings during the night and falling asleep quickly. Snoring? Stress?
