How are golfer's elbow and ulnar nerve problem differentiate?

Tendon vs. nerve. Golfer's elbow is due to the muscle tendon. Pain starts at the medial epicondyle and spreads down the forearm. Wrist bending, forearm twisting, & object grasping worsens the pain. Cubital tunnel syndrome is caused by a pinched ulnar nerve as it crosses the elbow on its way to the hand.
