In brief: Nothing

Endometrial biopsies do not require any preparation.
Ask your doctor, but use of an anti-inflammatory medications, such as aleve, (naproxen) can help with any cramping that might occur after the biopsy - this cramping is usually similar to menstrual cramps and is short lived.

In brief: Just go

No special preparation is required for an endometrial biopsy.
You will be more comfortable if you don't eat right before it. Many doctors recommend takin Ibuprofen (advil) before the procedure.
