In brief: Probably Not

Like most things in medicine, we manage more than we cure.
It is also true that some remedy that works for someone else may not work for you. General health principles like exercise & nutrition are a good start. After that talk to your ob/gyn.

In brief: PMS Cure

There are many different symptoms that are bundled into a diagnosis of pms.
Menstrual cramps that occur just before menstrual flow may be indicative of endometriosis. If you have irritable bowel syndrome, ie diarrhea around the time of your menses only, this may likely be endometriosis and can only be diagnosed with laparoscopic surgery. Endometriosis can not be cured, but it can be managed.

If you symptoms are cramping related to menstrual flow, this is often relieved by NSAID's such as motrin, Aleve or Ultram. Uterine abnormalities or cervical stenosis can also cause PMS like symptoms, so a complete exam and ultrasound should be considered part of the evaluation.

If your primary symptoms involve mood changes, then changes in diet, folic acid supplementation and SSRI antidepressants may control your symptoms. The take home message is that not all cases of PMS are the same. The evaluation and treatment need to focused on your particular issues.
