What are some ways to reduce blood pressure but keep brain perfused?

Generally not a prob. Reducing blood pressure to normal levels should not affect proper brain perfusion except, perhaps, in two situations: orthostatic hypotension, where the blood pressure is fine when lying or sitting, but drops too low when stand up, and will get lightheaded, even pass out (too aggressive diuretic, parkinson's). 2nd, severe carotid artery diseas where lowering BP limits perfusion of blood to brain.
