In brief: Yes

For all practical purposes, you dont have real control over your body to initiate a miscarriage.
Your body can automatically do it if its an abnormal pregnancy. However, if its a normal pregnancy, you may not have a miscarriage. If you do have a miscarriage, you need to be evaluated by an OB-GYN to ensure that all products of pregnancy are removed and your blood levels are stable.

In brief: No guarantee

A young healthy woman who has just become pregnant has quite a low chance of having a spontaneous miscarriage.
The chance of hemorrhage is low but not rare with a miscarriage. Infection is also possible, but less likely. Good luck.
