In brief: NEVER
A zit in the interior of the nose is very commonly a staph (type of bacteria) infection of the hair follicles just inside the interior of the nose.
Never pop it because you could spread the infection to the veins associated with the nose and eyes and develop a serious, even life-threatening infection. Very often hot soaks to the site of the infection will allow proper drainage. See ENT doctor.
