The muscle in my ear makes a double click when I move my head and people around me can hear. Have had this for months. Is this treatable.

In brief: Not your ear

The sound is not likely coming from the ear itself, or a muscle at all.
More likely a ligament or bone in your upper neck is the source. You would be wise to start off with a visit to,your family doctor, especially if he/she is a DO. In any case, a physiatrist may be able to help you sort this out. Good luck!
