Can high bilirubin and low B12 somehow be linked?

Yes,could be caused. by incomplete absorption of B12 or not enough B12 in the body. b12 allow red blood cells(RBC) to survive its 120 days; & if there isn't enough, rbc break down and are destroyed producing bilirubin: megaloblastic anemia. Decreased absorption of B12 caused by destruction of parietal cells, causing pernicious anemia. b12 is also stored in the liver so if u have a liver pathology, abnl levels occur.
