Very sore rt side neck, corner of mouth rt side pins and needles, ballance and mild confusion issues, sleepy, no fever. Should I be worried?

See your physician. These symptoms are worrisome and may be related to muscle strain, headache (eg migraine), cranial neouropathy, anxiety, meningitis, stroke, etc. See your physician as soon as possible. If the symptoms change or worsen, go to urgent care or the closest ER.
