In brief: Diet again

I suspect that this is high calorie malnutrition, i.
e. Too many calories (particularly sweets, pop, caffeine etc) and insufficient vitamin content. It puts stress on vitamin b1 metabolism and it results in emotional irritability, often associated with violence. I have suggested that this is a major cause of the school shootings. Nobody has looked at diet mayhem and it needs doing.
