Can you take Claritin (loratadine) for allergies, if you are exclusively breastfeeding?

Yes. This drug is safe with nursing. FYI...many drugs are not tested as such for breast milk concentration...but all evidence suggests a good safety profile in babies even as you as 3-6 months. So during nursing if you need to take it, it should be alright. This is what I recommend in practice.
