Have had headache, head pressure, tinnitus neck pain, blurry vision and tachycardia for three weeks. What could this be from? CSF leak?

Intractable migraine. In CSF leak the headache is worse when you sit up and improves when you lie down. Visit ER. Many clinicians consider parenteral administration of DHE 45, (dihydroergotamine) ketamine, lidocaine, other agents to be a very safe and reasonable treatment for intractable migraine. Good luck. It is possible you have just a bad viral infection but if you have headaches and neck pain it is better to be safe than sorry. I would especially go to the er if you have a high fever. Read more...

I have high blood pressure, but I'm taking medicine to lower it. I keep getting blurred vision in my left eye only. What could be causing it?

Simple to serious. Blurred vision in one eye can be something as simple as a mild discharge or infection or something serious affecting the optic nerve or brain controlling the affected eye's vision. It would be unusual for you to have a vascular or blood vessel problem of the eye at your age, but you do have hypertension. This is something you need to get checked out by your eye doctor as soon as you can. Read more...

Unsure. Go through this carefully. Your symptoms are specific for High Blood pressure. But 154/83 does not cause symptoms. I suspect either your B.P reading is wrong or your symptoms are unrelated to B.P. Any how you need to check your B.P again in 2 weeks and depending on numbers treatment plan should be formulated.
