I ripped the webbing that attached your tongue and mouth/gums. It's healing white. Doesn't hurt, it's a little swollen and doesn't smell. Normal?

You tore the mandibular lingual frenum. Will probably heal uneventfully if you keep your mouth clean and do not smoke, consume alcohol, or eat anything too "hot" (temperature and/or spicy), all of which can interfere with healing.
You should, however, see your Dentist immediately so that he/she can establish a base-line and also treat you if there are any signs of infection.
