I had two periods in one month and a negative home pregnancy test and negative test at hospital. I can't be pregnant, right?

In brief: Well,..

Over the computer it is tough to say if you are or are not pregnant, BUT all the negative pregnancy tests would point against being pregnant as well as having two periods.
If you have unprotected sex, especially around the time you ovulate, you are always at risk of being pregnant. See your family Doc or GYN and get a good physical and discuss your cycle issues. Good luck.
