I took a combo of acacia fiber, flax fiber and oat fiber 3 times since I have been pregnant I am 2 month pregnant...could it cause harm?

1/2 Way There. Fiber, for the most part, stays in the intestines.As long as you take adequate fluids and don't over doo-doo it, you should be OK.Was that a concoction you made-up yourself? Not bad! Remember,though that there are two kinds of fiber:soluble and insoluble.Sounds like you are taking the insoluble,bulk-forming ones.The other kinds absorb water and turn into a kind of gel which sort-of regulate things.
