What can I give my 4month son for allergies watery eyes sneezing?

Would not treat. Highly unlikely for a 4 month old to have environmental allergies. Environmental allergies normally require a couple of seasonal exposures to develop. This most likely is an upper respiratory infection, or a cold. No otc cold medications are recommended for children under the age of 6. Make sure there is nothing that could be a respiratory irritant to your child, such as cigarette smoke.
Allergy symptoms? Check with pediatrician to make sure you are really dealing with allergies in an infant and what the best dosing of allergy medication may be indicated.

See allergist, eyemd. Your son will need an evaluation by an eye doctor as well as possibly an allergist. The eye exam will confirm the severity and nature of the allergy, look for other factors that may be worsening the condition for the eyes, and to rule out problems that simulate allergy. Zaditor (ketotifen) and zyrtec are two of the best otc meds for allergy. Once allergy is confirmed, the allergist can do further testing. Read more...

Remove the allergen. She may have perennial allergies to pets or dust mites. It would be best not to use systemic medication in such a young infant. Try to find out what her allergies are (have the older ones been tested?) and remove the allergen from the environment. Read more...
