I have a 1-2/6 ejection systolic murmur at RUSB radiating to both carotids, trivial to mild AR, non-dilated chambers. Will the AR get worse? Thanks.

In brief: Possibly

You are quite young and it is important to have regular follow-up.
The AR you describe may in fact be "trivial" and cause you no problems at all ! AR is typically a diastolic murmur - be sure to check with your doc about findings. Many people live comfortably even with mild or moderate AR so be sure to address any risks for heart disease you may have and keep in touch with your doctor!
