Usually pleurisy. Which is irritation of the lining of the chest cavities, usually from inflammation or infection (pneumonia) or can be from lung cancer. If persists, see your md and possibly get chest x-ray.

Yes. But so could a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, and other dangerous conditions. You should get this looked at immediately.
