I want to lose 20kg in one month.. Plz help me with a vegetarian diet plan for it?

It is impossible to lose 20 kg in one month; 20 kg in a year is more realistic.
The best diet is one with minimal sugars & simple carbs from grains.Also avoid fried foods. Oh come on...what's the point? Hey I know, get a leg amputated.
For diet think "lean protein and roughage"--like salmon or chicken breast and all the veggies(mostly raw but lightly cooked too)you want;no processed foods and enough water to take you to the toilet three times a day;if you're into dairy:non-fat yogurt or cottage cheese and sweat-inducing exercise 6 days/week, as much as you can.
