In brief: Won't hurt

There are many health benefits from Omega-3 fish oils.
They have anti-inflammatory properties and are great for cardiovascular, neurologic and eye health. However, chalazions are generally considered bacterial in nature and usually require antibiotics in some form for resolution. Warm compresses may help.

In brief: NO

OMega 3 fish oil does not help the eye.
The chalazion is a growth in the eyelid and is difficult to get rid of. Surgery or an injection will cause improvement. Save the fish oil pill and eat salmon , a source of omega 3. BEst wishes.

In brief: Possible

A chalazion is a blocked meobian gland on your eyelid.
It might help to take fish oil as it promotes better oils and reduces inflammation. However, I am not aware of any specific study on its benefit on chalaziions.
