In brief: Improved eczema

Flucoinolone is a potent topical steroid that can improve allergic skin issues like eczema.
Typically the more potent ones should not be used on children, on the face, in the armpits or groin as that skin is thinner and some steroids if used there chronically can cause stretch marks. Often the topical steroids really help but the eczema can recur once stopped. They are wonderful in a flare!
