Is there any contraindications anesthetic drug for patients with sleep apnea? I plan to do AF Ablation? generally use local or general anasthethic?

There are certain medications, like Precedex which better support respiration especially during lengthy procedures. You can discuss this with your Anesthesiologist and Cardiac Electriphysiologist
