My quads hurt realy bad, how can I heal?

Maybe rest. If the pain is from injury to muscle or bone, then rest until pan free and gentle therapy to regain function. If the pain is from working out, then staying hydrated and considering if this is "healthy" and expected pain or from doing to much. If from another cause then it depends! if the pain is disrupting function and no problems with them, otc pain meds can help too.
