I was diagnosed with sinusitis. Blood results; platelets are a bit low. My symptoms are fever aches pains clear diherrea nausea. Was my diagnosis true?

Sinusitis diagnosis is made on clinical exam most often, and can be supplemented with a CT scan as well.
Certainly diarrhea and nausea are not often associated with diarrhea, but that does not mean you did not have a sinus infection on top of those symptoms as well.
