Endoscopy found some gastritis and small hiatal hernia. Did not mention gerd, Gp said I have reflux, would report say acid or bile reflux if so?

Not necessary. The gastritis esophagitis can come from the reflux of acid or bile. The pylorus should keep bile distal. The esophageal sphincter should keep acid out of esophagus in general. BUT these can fail. The PCP knows your symptoms and adds the endoscopy to the facts and will try to guide your treatment.
