I have probably got sleep paralysis; how do doctors treat it?

REM sleep. Rem sleep or "active" sleep is only about 10 mins in the sleep cycle. The autonomic nervous system becomes very avctive in this phase and sleep paralysis indicates that as the problem. It might be that it is suffering from oxidative stress due to poor diet. Try a pristine diet and see if it helps. Taking a multivitamin plus b complex and magnesium might help. It's easy to do.
