In brief: Yes.
A laparoscopic cholecystectomy (removal of the gallbladder) will rid you of those pesky stones.

In brief: Treat gallstones
Laparoscopic (& rarely open) cholecystectomy is a common, safe (0.
1% mortality rate, complication 2%), & effective treatment that also permits common duct exploration. Dissolution therapy for pure, noncalcified stones is slow, prolonged, & may require lifetime treatment. Shock wave lithotripsy, percutaneous cholecystolitotomy, direct instillation of solvent into gallbladder are rarely used today.
