I delivered a baby boy 3 weeks ago and have noticed he has a lot of eye boogers, is it true breastmilk will make it go away? If not what will pls?

Block Tear Duct. This is a blocked tear duct. You need to massage under the eye out from nose to edge of eye by lower lid. Take a warm cotton ball and wipe out the discharge. Breast milk has been said to improve this but I can not validate that. These blocked ducts can last for up to 9 months. Keep Massaging....
Lacrimal massage. Since the tear ducts in infants are not fully developed at birth, eye discharge (not associated with redness) is relatively common. Lacrimal duct obstruction usually resolves on its own in several weeks. Warm compresses and gently massaging the inner eyelid region with a fingertip can help reduce symptoms in the interim.
