In brief: Seek assessment
Persisting symptoms following a head inury of that duration warrant prompt medical attention and evaluation.
If there are persisting memory or other cognitive complaints which become worse, are new, or which are not improving after a month it would generally be wise see a neuropsychologist as well as neurologist. Often neuropsychological testing is the most sensitive way to determine effects.
