Is this your PCP or pulmonologist saying this? There are many causes of enlarged hilar lymph nodes.
Also, if it is calcified, that is usually just a sign of old granulomatous disease, like histoplasmosis. And at 31, that would be unusual to have lung cancer - not unheard of - but unusual.

With an elevated calcium, could be carcinoid.
