Getting headaches on right side of head, went to ER, normal ECG and told me i had fever. Was given paracetamol. Is this aneurysm or anxiety?

In brief: Many causes

There are many causes to headaches.
Many can be determined by frequency, regularity and quality of the headaches. The ER concerns itself only with the most dangerous headaches. These include aneurysm bleeding (commonly described as sudden onset worst headache of life or "thunderclap", meningitis, a brain lining infection, or tumor. Tylenol, (acetaminophen) motrin and caffeine are common treatments.

In brief: Ask doctor

The headache form an anerysm is truely terrible and the worse ever with a stiff neck frequently.
This requires a CT to diagnose. A right sided HA sounds like it might be a migraine. There are specail meds to take at the earliest onset of HA for that. you already have anxiety so you probably still have that
