In brief: Oral cancer screen

First off, quit the chew cause it may be worse then smoking.
Anything unusual on the tongue and on the gums and cheeks should be checked by your Dentist with an oral cancer screening. The lump on the tongue is probably nothing and could be a fibrous benign growth, but still needs to be checked out to be on the safe side.

In brief: Diagnosis

You're asking for a differential diagnosis of a lesion that cannot be seen.
No one is going to tell you "don't worry" unless the can examine you and treat you and take the responsibility for your well being. If you are truly worried, make an appointment with a local oral surgeon who will examine you and possibly biopsy the lesion.
