Is there any diagnose that can account for a baby born with hypotonia, club feet and facial paralasys? Genetics was not able to find anything.

In brief: Can get 2nd opinion
A baby with several birth defects that include neurological symptoms can be checked by a pediatrician, a pediatric neurologist, and a clinical/medical geneticist.
If no known cause is found, a second opinion can be obtained at the next closest children's medical center. If again no cause is found, then parents can just help care for the symptoms that appear. Many times, a cause is never found.
