In brief: ICD and radios
There have been no reported problems with radios and icd's, however, to be safe would use the walkie talkie on the side opposite the implanted device.
The same is true for cell phones.

In brief: Radio
The sensors for the defibrillator are embedded in the heart.
A radio will not affect the device.
