In brief: Spondyloaryhropathy

Sacroileitis and Achilles enthesitis are usually found with a group of disorders called spondyloarthropatjies.
This includes ankylosing spondylitis, Reiters syndrome and several others.. It is not characteristic of SLE . These disorders do not always have a positive test for the HLA 27 trait and may not have inflammatory markers early.
