In brief: Finger fractures

heal generallly in the same time frame as any fracture in that the bone heals in 6-8 weeks.
Associated issue may be one by then or persist depending upon the severity of the injury. WE often use the word "heal' to mean symptom free. That time frame may be 3 weeks to 4 months deepening upon the nature of the finger fracture . But the most general answer l 6-8 weeks. That does not mean disability!

In brief: Depends

A simple fracture maybe a week with splinting.
A fragmented break may take several weeks with surgery. Depends again on the type of break.
