I have chronic kidney disease and High blood pressure. Is stir frying a good method to prepare my foods?

Not the key. Food choices and preparation aren't the key to your health right now. Stir-frying offers possibilities for low-salt and low-fat eating, good for one's blood pressure and lipids and staying thin. I'm even more interested in your complying with medication, restricting protein if you've been advised to do so, and remaining physically fit through daily aerobic exercise. Stay proactive.
