I'm 33yrs old and have endometriosis, and one ovary left after prior surgery...Whats my best recourse to concieve?

Normal. The fact that you are missing an ovary should not preclude you from conceiving. Your remaining ovary will ovulate each month to compensate. Take your multivitamins as you normally would.
IVF. By far the highest chance of conceiving is with in vitro fertilization. With severe endometriosis, the eggs age quicker than a woman's actual age and often do not allow the sperm inside as well (fertilization). Endometriosis also affects the fallopian tubes. So while you may have different options available based on your individual evaluation, with significant endometriosis ivf is often needed.
