My MRI report says possible right C7 nerve root compression. Can this cause left shoulder blade/arm pain? I have severe bilateral foraminal stenosis

In brief: Yes esp if most--

--stenosis is on that side, tho this is not a must.
U can have neck, shoulder pain as well as over the ulnar nerve distribution. Pain going down the arm, with elbow pain as well as into the little finger side of Ur hand. It certainly needs more eval by neurologist as well as a spine surgeon. EMG/NCS studies can help shed light on the problem. Look 4 weakness also, & numbness.
