In brief: Almost

can rule out a heart issue .
It would be nice if you also had an echocardiogram to rule out mild mitral valve prolapse which can give similar symptoms that you are describing. If echo comes normal then i would think anxiety or acid reflux from your stomach could be the cause of your symptoms.

In brief: Yes

You were low probability to begin with, and with all of those tests being normal, it is safe to say it is not your heart.
You and your doctor should explore other possible causes.
