eat fresh vegetables. regular exercise atleast 30 minutes at a time daily. avoid soft drinks, potato products, corn products. minimize salt in your diet chew your food for longer time. try not to eat 4-5 hrs before you go to bed to sleep sleep 6-7 hours. use small dinner plates. avoid buffet style dinners avoid fast foods. eat more white meat.
