In brief: Takes time

take care...concussions are very serious.
Take your time recovering, lots of rest and relaxation. Symptoms will decrease as time passes. Ask your doc to refer you to a neurocognitive rehabiliation program.

In brief: Need 2 C neurologist

Your accident, and trauma needs to be followed by your PCP and neurologist, as epilepsy, and blurred vision is not something you can treat by yourself.
See if you can get an appointment thru your PCP to see a neuro-ophthalmologist, who specializes in both areas to help you out. The concussion is adding to your ringing of the ears. You must be followed medically now.
