Swollen lymph nodes behind ear and one on neck for 6 weeks. Nauseous and tired. Blood work is normal. Any ideas on what this could be?

Nodes. Could be many things including a viral illness such as mono or a bacterial infection. If blood work is normal including Lyme if you have exposure. Suggest you see an ENT for a full evaluation which may include a scan or biopsy.
Viral fever?? I dont know what blood work was done--were you tested for mono or other viral illnesses?
