In brief: Crohns

Fatigue can be from the disease or associated anemia.
If successfully treated should not necessarily have fatigue.

In brief: Hopefully not!

Fatigue is part of having crohn's, probably from the release of inflammatory mediators that are being produced.
Pay attention to it and let your body rest, but make sure to do things that bring you joy, even if you are fatigued. It's a delicate balance, but with time and being gentle with yourself, you will hopefully have more stamina.
