I am suffering from sleeping disorders(insomnia) please help me in solving this problem? Tried earplugs and noise machines.

In addition, if you wake up and cannot fall back to sleep, do not lie there awake, but rather get up, drink a glass of a warm non-caffeinated beverage, read a book or magazine for 10-15 minutes and then go back to bed.
