Every month around my period, I have horrible headaches. The pain is mainly in my neck, shoulders and forehead. Is there any cure? Not painkillers pls.

Hydrate. If you don't want to take any painkillers (acetaminophen or ibuprofen are very safe and mild pain meds you could try) you could drink lots of fluids and stay hydrated prior to when you usually get headaches and until the headaches stop. Of course it's always good to stay hydrated .
