Are there any dangers from repeating a potive PPD test?

In brief: Yes
The reaction the next time around can be more prominent leading to significant pain and discomfort and, potentially, a scar. Once a person has had a positive PPD skin test, they should not have the test repeated.

I would not only endorse Dr. Tsiouris' answer, but add that you can lose a significant amount of tissue due to overly aggressive reaction to PPD at the site.
