Sick with sinus infection for 3 weeks (MRI showed acute sinusitis), augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) 14 days didn't work. Had blood work and ANA showed 1:160. Could this be the cause of the high ANA? Feel fine now.

In brief: Possibly

Infection can commonly cause anpositive ANA.
Repeat the test in 3 months. If it is still positive, see a rheumatologist.

In brief: Possible

The ANA blood test is fickle.
I would repeat again now that better before too much alarm.
